台灣台北醫療聯盟，簡稱北醫盟，在多次召開會議，聚集醫界龍頭，終於在2018年9月於各界高度呼聲與引領期盼下誕生，提倡：醫療行動作為在地化、福祉健康共享全民化、新思維視野國際化，並全力支持『醫療資源平均分配 (Integration) 』、落實『醫療機構分級轉診制度 (Medical Referral System) 』、推動『全民照護醫療可近性 (Accessibility) 與公平性 (Equity) 』、遵守『全人照護理念 (Holistic Health Care) 』
